Online Course

If there are no classes in your area that suit your schedule or you can't find the time to attend a class, then online training is one of the best options to get help with your dog's or puppy's training.

Some of the advantages of learning online is that

  • You can study and learn in your own time at the time that suits you.
  • You can rewatch the exercises as many times as you need to.

Reactive Dog Programmes

I have created programmes to support people to have an easier life with a reactive dog.

They include

  • assessment,
  • changing the dog's emotion towards the trigger,
  • emergency techniques.

Each programme is tailored to the individual dog.

Get continuous support during the time we work together, even on a daily basis

Recall Class

If you want to teach your dog to come back to you even around distractions, join my recall class. The class has a structured plan and is suitable for dogs of any age. Outdoor class to provide a real life environment.

The class is limited to 3 dogs.

One to One training

Do you want to teach your dog a different behaviour to what he is doing now in the comfort of your home?

Do you feel embarrassed or anxious about his behaviour?

I offer one to one training and behaviour consultations in your home when I will show you how to change your dog's behaviour.

I also offer puppy consultation.

Teach your puppy a new behaviour right for the first time and they will remember it for the rest of their life. Let me show you how. The consultation is tailored to your and your puppy's need.

Dog Walking

Would you like a dog walker who understand your dog's needs and behaviour take your dog for a walk?

Do you have to leave your dog alone for longer periods of time and is it distressing you and your dog?

Dogs are social animals and many are stressed when left alone for too long. Stress and boredom may lead to destructive behaviours, excessive vocalization and can greatly affect their health.

Can you not find as much time as you want to train your dog?

I offer solo dog walking in Alderley Edge and Wilmslow.

If you feel you need more information about any area of service I offer, please have a look at my media section. The videos were made to give you an insight into my training methods and to give you an idea what your dog can achieve and learn in my classes.

I have been working with owners since 2010 and have helped many clients to train their dog to become the companion they envisioned. I give people the knowledge and understanding to get it right.

My aim is to help my clients to have a deeper understanding and bond with their dog so that harmony and peace is easily maintained.

I live with my rescued Jack Russel cross. Although, she had her challenges at the beginning, she helped me to improve my handling skills and knowledge about anxiety based canine behaviour.

What I Believe In...

Zsuzsa walking Daisy, her rescued Jack Russell cross. The lead is loose.

The training methods I use are based on positive reinforcement and my goal is to help to form a partnership between owners and their dog.

Positive is not permissive.

It means to let the dog make mistakes without the fear of punishment and to encourage them to learn a new behaviour through understanding and respect.

I do not use any equipment that can cause fear or pain in the dog and I do not allow them in my class.

Fear and pain decrease the dog's ability to learn, induce avoidance or aggressive behaviour and can cause physical injury.

Reward based methods are more successful than those based on punishment.
